Another Wonderful Jam-Packed Weekend...

Having requested this past Sunday off so I could sleep in and nurse a hangover, ON PURPOSE, my plans were squashed. The Plan A was to Work Saturday 8-5, go to San Tung to re-celebrate Mell and Annie's 25th with Mell, Fred, Michael, Wendy, Gary, and Christina, then go to Tres Agaves for Camarones and Margaritas, and then ROE to dance all the alcohol and food off...and drink me drinks til the cows came home. Everything was completed except for drinking til the cows come home - I had an unexpected mtg at 730am the next day... on a SUNDAY.

Sat. nite was incredibly fun... dry fried chicken wings, tsingtao beer, mushu pork, camarones, hella good margarita, new friends (some very cute and promising), MG getting a table for Mell @ ROE (Yes as in the fish egg), dancing to Back that Azz Up - bringing us back to Freshmen year @ SC ...'99 baby, being a show pony for all our friends, having friends bet on how likely youll make out with nameless boy, and then finally crashing on Mell's couch @ 3am after an episode of ENTOURAGE on TiVo. Everything was great til my alarm went off @ 630am. Ergh.

It's sad when you've reached that age where if you party hard Sat. nite, your Sunday is basically shot because you need to re-coop by sleeping in...A LOT... eating Kalibtang to nurse your dehydration and hangover...taking a siesta mid-day, and then eating again before going to sleep for Monday. *sigh* Am I really that old? Naps are clearly under-rated. Love them.
